Make Tables

I set tables and relationship in Access 2010.

And also I thought need Login ID and Password each member, so I add those in member table.

I used DLook Function

DLookup("[LastName]", "Employees", "[EmployeeID] = 1")

It can look for data. It is used to make Login Form.
